Excitement is in the air

March 2020

The Lord spoke to me and asked:

“Can you feel it? Do you feel the excitement in the air? Do you hear the thunder before the strike? All of Heaven is rejoicing for what is about to take place. Get excited! Watch what is coming. Revival is growing in the womb of the Bride and will burst forth with a mighty shout. Get ready! Prepare, for time is short and there is much to do. Arise and awaken, for He is here to purify His Bride and make her ready. Ready for what is being birthed. Get excited! Get ready!”

I burst with excitement. The tone of His voice filled my soul with joy. It’s time to make ourselves ready for what is coming, what is here, and what is beginning to take flight.

“The Lord makes me very happy. All that I am rejoices in my God. The Lord has covered me with clothes of salvation. He has covered me with a coat of goodness. I am like a bridegroom dressed for his wedding. I am like a bride dressed in jewels.”

Isaiah 61:10 (ICB)

It is now time to let go and cut loose those things that are weighing us down. We need to wake up our sleeping souls and get dressed for the new day of the Lord. The more we prepare and look to Him, the more radiant we become.

“Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”

Ephesians 5:14 (KJV)

Like when a hot air balloon takes flight, we too shall fly if we allow the process to refine, purify, and make us ready for what is coming. We must go through the fire and take scissors of praise to cut strings that are holding us down.

“Let us rejoice and be glad; let us praise his greatness! For the time has come for the wedding of the Lamb, and his bride has prepared herself for it.”

Revelation 19:7 (GNT)

Once a hot air balloon gets filled with hot air by the fire and the strings that hold it down are cut, it takes flight. The now flying balloon can only fly so high. Most hot air balloons have sandbags attached to the sides of the basket. When you want to fly to a higher height, you must let go of sandbags one at a time. As we take flight, it is so important to be aware of God’s timing and release the sandbags that weigh us down so He can take us to higher heights in Him. Letting go of the last things that hold us down will make us unstoppable. Get ready! Get excited for what is ahead...
