Toilet Paper

The Lord woke me up in the middle of the night a few weeks ago and told me in a loud voice to go buy toilet paper. (This was before any talk of TP being hard to find) I was like “WHAT??? Toilet paper????”

He repeated Himself and told me to write it down. I grabbed my phone and made a note and went back to sleep. I got up the next day and bought a lot of toilet paper as instructed. Little did I know, He was preparing me for what was coming... no toilet paper on the shelves of almost every store around.

I am soooo glad I was obedient!!! Even though I thought it was crazy and I was second guessing myself as to why I was buying that much toilet paper, I obeyed.

Man, I’m glad I did. I had no idea that during the Coronavirus pandemic that toilet paper would be one of the hardest things to find on any shelf of all the stores. I didn’t know, but God did.

He is always speaking, but are we listening? If we listen, do we obey? And if we obey, are we obeying in a timely manner?

Jesus, please help me to listen and obey immediately when You speak, even if it is in the middle of the night about toilet paper.

He loves us and cares about every detail of our lives, even toilet paper...
